JARECKI VALVES FOR THE CHEMICAL INDUSTRY
Jarecki Valves has built numerous valves for the Chemical Industry in a variety of materials and pressure classes. Targeting areas such as stem leakage, seat leakage, performance and endurance Jarecki developed a line of valves which have proven to meet every one of these goals. And our quality control program requires that every valve has a seat leakage test, a hydrostatic test, and a torque test performed, before it leaves the factory. This assures that when the customer receives the valve, they get what they paid for every single time
SHUT-OFF/MODULATING BALL VALVES
SV Series Ball Valves are floating ball valves with a two-piece ball and stem. Unlike the once piece ball and stem, the stem rotates on an axis, therefore leakage between the stem and the stem packing is minimized. Jarecki Valves also provides its live loaded packing system to all valves as a standard option. This further ensures leak free packing and less maintenance an downtime as a result. For metal seated valves, the balls are spherically ground and mate lapped to the seats. This provides both tight shut-off and lower torque's.
7000 Series Ball Valves were designed to handle pressures. Economically produced in the 600# to 1500# pressure classes, they provide long dependable service life at a low cost. The 7000 Series is available in both RTFE and Metal Seats. The unique metal seat design incorporates a scraper on the seat radius along with multiple seals located on the seat OD and back face. These features allow for tight shut-off, low torque, and dependability since media can't build up behind the seat. This series is available in a variety of materials.
- Stem packing leakage problems are countered through the use of the Jarecki Stem Packing System. This system incorporates the use of either four TFE V-Packing rings or two graphite packing seal rings and two anti-extrusion rings. The packing is then live-loaded with a number of belleville springs to insure that the packing seals over time and under temperature and pressure fluctuations. Fugitive emissions bonnets are also available.
- Seat Leakage. For metal seated valves, the balls are spherically ground and mate lapped to the seats. This provides both tight shut-off and lower torque. Seat leakage obtainable are Class V and Class VI.
CHECK VALVES
PC Series Check Valves are of the piston check valve style. It has a larger Cv than the competition and is more repairable. They are available in a variety of materials having both metal and TFE seats. TFE Seated check valves meet ANSI Class VI Leakage rates.
